The company
JUB continues this year as well with its traditional socially responsible activities in cooperation with the Red Cross of Serbia for the sixth year in a row.
For years now, from every sold can of JUPOL, the company JUB has been donating and supporting the project of recovery of children from socially vulnerable areas in the territory of Serbia.
This year, on a global level, all the companies within the JUB group, not just JUB Serbia, for which it is a continuous activity, have had as their aim to help children from socially vulnerable areas.
In addition to donations, the project was promoted on the local level in an entertaining and thoroughly unique and educational way, through the JUPOL quiz. The aim was to hire as many faithful consumers and associates for its execution, by raising awareness that, by purchasing JUPOL Plus products of 15 l, they would also take part in this noble activity.
Through the JUPOL quiz, we have educated our followers about interesting international events related to paints, and 50 of them have been awarded with special JUPOL beach towels.
This socially responsible campaign was also supported by a foreign trade network, where, on all points during the promotional activities, cooperation was communicated with the Red Cross of Serbia, as was the invitation to the purchasers to give their contribution to supporting the program.
The year-round activity of collecting the funds got its final realized now, in late August, at the summer camp in Baosici, when children from Kanjiza went to the seaside for the first time.
On August 13, the children from the municipality of Kanjiza who got this aid, set out for Baosici, equipped with smiles, hope and dreams, expecting new friendships, education and socializing, which will last until August 22.
Dedication to corporate social responsibilityThe dedication of JUB to corporate social responsibility and care for the community they operate in has been manifested for years mostly through donations directed at children from socially vulnerable areas. Thanks to the long-standing project and the cooperation with the Red Cross of Serbia, we have had the opportunity and the pleasure to send over 200 children to various educational-creative workshops, both in the country and abroad. This project also adapted to external circumstances and restrictions, so, at the time of the global pandemic, JUB set aside funds for supporting online education through the purchase of computers and school equipment.
