Number of registered agreements on financial leasing growing

In the first nine months of this year, in the Register of Financial Leasing, 32,029 requests of various kinds were received. Of the 30,176 confirmed ones, the majority, 17,172, pertains to the registration of the entries of the financial leasing agreements.

Upon the submission of the requests, the registrar took 2.4 days to decide on average, and in this reported period, no complaint was made to the registrar’s decisions.

At the end of the third quarter of 2024, around 25.75% more agreements on financial leasing were registered than in the same period in 2023. The real estate registered during the nine months in 2024 is the subject of financing in 75 agreements on financial leasing worth a total of EUR 36 million.

The number of the registered agreements from 2018 shows a tendency of growth, excluding the years of the pandemic. And in the third quarter of 2024, it reached its maximum value, which is more than 60% higher compared to the initial observed year.
