Tourist Vouchers to Be Issued Online in the Future – Agreement Signed on Development of “e-Voucher” Software

The minister of tourism and youth of Serbia, Husein Memic, and the minister of information and telecommunications, Mihailo Jovanovic, have signed the Business Cooperation Agreement between the two ministries to the end of preparing the software solution e-voucher, which will enable the entire voucher allocation system to be realized electronically.

E-voucher will be the only address for the filing of applications for the allocation of vouchers, for the subsidized use of accommodation in Serbia, the submission of vouchers, as well as the procedure of reimbursement for hospitality managers.

The aim of this activity is to accelerate and simplify the submission of applications for the allocation and use of vouchers, which will give an additional boost to the development of local tourism.


The development of the new software solutions and its testing will be carried out this year, and the e-voucher system is planned to be put into operation in 2025.

Also, the agreement will enable the improvement of the operations of the Central Information System in the field of hospitality and tourism, e-tourist, which is a unified base of all accommodation capacities in Serbia.
