The City of Belgrade is continuing the procedure of renting out publicly owned water areas in the territory of the city of Belgrade for the setting up of floating facilities through the collection of written bids, Beoinfo reports.

Bids may be submitted by January 24, 2024, by 11.30am. The bids will be opened on the same date at noon at the premises of the City Municipality of Stari Grad (the hall on the ground floor) at 42 Makedonska Street. Considering that the procedure of the opening of the bids is public and covered by cameras, the presence of all interested parties is possible.

The public ad pertains to 17 lease units on the river Danube, right-hand bank (the Danube creek), and two on the river Sava, left-hand bank (the Sava wharf), as well as five lease units at Usce near the Nebojsa Tower. All these lease units are meant for business purposes.

This is the third and final procedure of the collection of bids for business facilities, so all interested parties are invited to use the opportunity to lease the remaining locations.

The text of the ad, the bid form, the contract model and the maps of the zones can be downloaded from the website of the City of Belgrade at this link.
