Third Attempt to Sell Gamzigradska Banja Falls Through Due to Lack of Interested Buyers

The third attempt to sell the company Romulijana in bankruptcy, that is, Gamzigradska Banja, was not successful, as there had not been any interested buyers, announced the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

The initial price of the spa near Zajecar was RSD 103.2 million. Its property consists of 12 buildings on around 5,000 square meters. Among the facilities are Hotel Kastrum, sports courts and the medicinal water spring near the Crni Timok river, which has been used for over a century.
