New Sale of Gamzigradska Banja – Romulijana Company Offered for RSD 63.9 Million

The bankruptcy supervisor has advertised the second sale of the property of the company Romulijana d.o.o. in Gamzigradska Banja

The offer consists of 12 buildings of a total area of 5,163 m2, whose initial price is RSD 63.9 million.

Let us remind that, at the previous sale, the initial price was RSD 91.4 million, but there were no interested purchasers.

The public bidding will be held on November 17, 2021.

In late 2019, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency opened the call for bids for the service of the evaluation of the property of the company Romulijana d.o.o. Gamzigrad.

This company in bankruptcy owns, among other things, Hotel Kastrum in Gamzigradska Banja near Zajecar. The most valuable property of Romulijana consists of 12 buildings, from Hotel Kastrum to sports courts, as well as a mineral water spring near the Crni Timok river.

The total area of the Romulijana facilities is 5.1 thousand m2. The dissolution of their business and the bankruptcy proceedings have lowered the tourist attractiveness of Gamzigradska Banja, where medicinal springs have been used for 100 years.

For over four decades, the Special Hospital for Rehabilitation Gamzigrad has been operating at the spa. It is based on natural springs of thermal-mineral water, which comes from a depth of 303 meters and has a temperature of 42 degrees Celsius.
