Katarina joined the BDK Finance department in 2011 from Karanović & Nikolić, where she had been advising clients on various finance matters since 2007. Katarina has a brokerage license and worked as a broker before she started her career as finance lawyer. Katarina is a member of the Serbian Bar Association and is fluent in English.

MILAN DAKIĆ-SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Milan joined the BDK Real Estate department in 2011 from Schoenherr. He specializes in regulatory and transactional aspects of real estate work and brings five years of experience to the team. Milan has worked on prominent transactions in Serbia and Montenegro involving housing, retail and hotel developments., structuring of lease agreements, debt restructuring combined with mortgage foreclosures , etc. Milan is a member of the Serbian Bar Association. He is fluent in English

Đorđe joined BDK’s Montenegrin office in 2011 from Prelević Law Office where he gained 5 years of relevant experience. His primary focus is on M&A and Corporate and Real Estate.

Djordje is a member of the Montenegrin Bar Association and is fluent in English

DRAGAN GAJIN-ASSOCIATE

Dragan joined BDK’s Competition Law Department in June 2011, where he specializes in vertical restriants. He holds a LLB from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Law, a LLM from Duke University and a SJD from the Central European University. The topic of his doctoral dissertation was "Antitrust aspects of exclusive distribution agreements". Apart from Serbia, the jurisdictions of his interest include the EU and the USA. Dragan is a member of the New York Bar Association and on his way to becoming member of the Serbian Bar. He is fluent in English, Hungarian and Russian
