Opening of the Radisson Blu Old Mill most likely in the second half of October

Although the opening of the Radisson Blu Old Mill hotel in Belgrade was announced for September 1, deadlines were a bit extended.

As the Soravia management say for eKapija, they did not set the exact opening date but they expect it should happen in the second half of October.

Exterior works are nearing an end as well.

The complex will have a fountain; it was designed so that the sound of water “hides “the traffic sounds.

A competition was open for the staff uniforms design and the students from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade and Academia del Lusso. Dragoslav Rajicic and Zorana Stojanovic won the competition.

The "New Mill" business building was also finished.

- We are now developing "model office", so that potential buyers could see some of the office premises options - Soravia management says.
