Apartments near Botanical Garden - Investors IBG and ICCE to have residential and business facility in Gundulicev Venac Street completed by end-December
In downtown Belgrade, in Gundulicev Venac Street, construction of a residential and business facility is nearing its end. Future tenants can choose between 16 functionally organized apartments of different structures - from studios to four-room flats, ranging in size from 35 to 100 square meters.
According to Solidity RE, which manages the exclusive sales of apartments and outlets, the plan is to finish construction works in December 2013.
Investors in this facility located in the vicinity of Botanical Garden are Belgrade-based companies IBG d.o.o. and ICCE d.o.o.
The building features 16 garages and two outlets.
As for the price of these apartments, it starts from EUR 1,950 per square meter, while garages are priced at EUR 12,500.
