Luxury Mediteran hotel in Becici for sale for EUR 62 million

Luxury Mediteran hotel in Becici, property of Budva-based Maestral Tours owned by businessman Blazo Dedic, has been offered for sale for incredible EUR 62 million.
The sale of Mediteran is advertised on the real estate website www.4321.co.il. The hotel management confirmed that information to Vijesti newspaper, but they did not want to confirm the price.
Potential buyers are offered a land lot spanning 16,020 square meters, as well as a five-storey hotel with all accompanying amenities, which are registered with the Real Estate Administration of Montenegro as the property of Maestral Tours.
The hotel, which Maestral Tours bought from the hotel-tourist company Budvanska Rivijera for few million German marks a decade ago, has become one of the top luxury hotels at the Montenegrin coast. The hotel comprises a big aqua park, spa and wellness center, congress hall and a number of accompanying amenities - from outdoor and indoor swimming pools to nightclubs and sports fields, which are all required for its prestigious four-plus star rating.
