Living with style - First tenants in Alpha City residential and business complex in Zvezdara in early 2013

The residential and business complex Alpha City in Belgrade's borough of Zvezdara is obtaining the contours of a neighborhood that will offer an exceptional comfort and quality of living. As the investor International Alpha Construction announced, first tenants will move into the complex in early 2013.

- The complex is situated at 81 Zivka Davidovica Street, in an attractive location with a panoramic view of downtown Belgrade. The primary concept of Alpha City is "life with style," which is why it is located in the vicinity of a kindergarten, school, post office and a health center. The location is characterized by well-developed traffic infrastructure - Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard, Ustanicka Street and Vojislava Ilica Street are nearby, and so is the city public transportation network - so that the complex is well-connected with all parts of the city – say people at International Alpha Construction.

Alpha City comprises apartments of various structures and sizes, ranging from one-room to three-room flats, and the offer also includes parking places and office spaces. The plan is to build 299 apartments, 247 parking places and 3 outlets within the complex.

- The standard of construction is significantly higher than usual because exclusively first-class equipment and materials are used. In that way, the standard equipment of each apartment includes: Mega security door, Marazzi ceramic tiles, oak parquet flooring, aluminum windows... - says the investor.

The quality of life in this block is additionally enhanced with the office space. In the lowest part of the block, alongside Zivka Davidovica Street, a supermarket and three outlets are under construction. The deadline to complete that part of the complex is April 2013, but the work is expected to be finished as early as late this year.

Professional maintenance and security agencies will be hired to keep the complex clean and take care of its future tenants' security.

Pasina Cesma Piazzetta – paradise for pedestrians

Facilities within this complex are situated around a common courtyard - Pasina Cesma (Pasha's Fountain) Piazzetta, thus forming a peaceful ambiance. The yard will be organized as a park with green areas and a space for kids, and it will be placed at the disposal of Alpha City's tenants.
