Holiday resort and six bungalows in Arandjelovac for sale

The housing cooperative Partizanski Put has advertised the sale of its holiday resort in Arandjelovac, at the foot of Bukulja mountain, with a restaurant, kitchen and six bungalows.

The complex is situated at 10 Vojvode Putnika Street, which is a very attractive location in the vicinity of the town park, just above the children's holiday hostel Bukulja.

The restaurant, which can accommodate about 150 guests, is completely equipped and ready to operate. All bungalows, each spanning about 30 square meters, are renovated and furnished with new furniture.

The entire complex is located on a fenced plot, and the total surface of the land that is put up for sale is approximately 1 hectare.
