Sale of Genex tower announced once again - Reduced initial price is RSD 1.46 billion
The Genex Tower or the "West Gate of Belgrade" has been announced for sale for the second time, and the starting price at this auction will be RSD 1.46 billion.
28 business premises with a total area of 14,943 m2 have been offered for sale, as well as premises located between the 27th and 37th floors, with the total area of 1,450.39 m2. The sales unit also includes a garage with a total area of 9,023 m2, as well as 10 garage spaces with an area of 6,445 m2.
The sale documentation can be purchased by August 17 with a payment of RSD 900,000.
As stated in the tender documentation, the amount needed for the deposit is RSD 834,682,073, and the public tender will be held on August 26 at noon at the address Terazije No. 23.
The building at 43 Narodnih heroja Street is owned by the company for international and domestic trade, hotel, catering and air transport Generalexport, which is in bankruptcy. The first public tender held on May 23 was declared unsuccessful, as there were no interested buyers - the Agency for Licensing of Bankruptcy Trustees announced. The starting price at the first auction was slightly above RSD 2 billion.
