Transformation of Silver Lake – Five Investors to Build 13,478 m2 of Apartment and Residential Space

An intensive construction of apartment and residential facilities is planned at Silver Lake for the purpose of increasing tourist capacities.

The Municipality of Veliko Gradiste has advertised the presentation of 9 urban projects. The majority pertains to facilities which will be built at the tourist settlement Beli Bagrem, where the raising of 13,478 m2 of space primarily meant for the provision of tourist services is planned.

According to the municipal administration, all the urban projects will be available to the public from December 10. The public review will last until December 16, by which time interested parties will be able to make potential complaints.
