The Municipality of Ruma has advertised the alienation of building land publicly owned by the Municipality of Ruma for the purpose of construction of production, storage and business facilities and auxiliary facilities in line with the Detailed Regulation Plan of Rumska Petlja in Ruma.

The parcel in question is 12156/15 Zirovacke oranice, of 1 ha 98 a 67 m2. The initial price is RSD 13,906,900 (RSD 700 per square meter).

The ad is valid until October 20.
