Projektomontaža signed contract on realization of complete installations in facility of VIG PLAZA in Block 11a in New Belgrade

Projektomontaža has started realization of thermal-technical, electric, plumbing and sewerage installations in facility of VIG PLAZA in New Belgrade's block 11a. The value of the contracting works with Imperial Gradnja amounts to 7,978,000 €. Projected deadline for completion of works is December 2009. The partner of Projektomontaža is company Traco-invest, which carries out the works on part of thermal-technical and plumbing and sewerage installations.

With the level of planned equipment and quality of office space, PLAZA is conceived to become one of the state-of-the-arts facilities in broader region. The facility has two underground floors (garages and technical premises), ground floor with a gallery, eight storeys, withdrawn and technical floor. The gross surface of overground floors is about 16,460 square meters, while the surface of underground floors amounts to about 5,360 square meters, so that the total gross surface of the facility is about 21,820 square meters. The facility of VIG PLAZA is designed to satisfy the needs of company WIENER STÄDTISCHE as the buyer of the facility and its majority owner, while the exclusive mediator in office space lease is Speigelfeld International Belgrade.

Development of the facility is based on up-to-date construction technologies, which implies high quality of works and respecting of deadlines. All anticipated installations are in accordance with current trends and quality of high-class office space. The building will be fully automated when it comes to security, comfort, exploitation and energy consumption control (intelligent building). In addition to conventional power supply, geothermal energy will be used as a renewable supplemental energy source, which is in accordance with global tendencies, and that makes this facility one of the pioneer projects in our country.

Projektomontaža will use the materials of the world's most famous manufacturers in construction of this facility, so that, for example, 5,000 square meters of URSA technical felt of mineral wool will be used for insulation of air and climate ducts.
