Construction land for multi-storey building in Zvezdara up for sale

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has placed an ad for the public bidding for the alienation of construction land owned by the City of Belgrade in Stanislava Sremcevica Street in Zvezdara. Applications may be sent by December 25, and the public bidding will take place a day later at the Agency’s premises.

The plot of land up for sale matched the cadaster parcel 21858 of 504 sqm. It is located on the corner of Vojislava Ilica and Stanislava Sremcevica streets and the parcel is meant to be 70% residential. It allows for the construction of a building with six floors and a loft, while the construction of residential space in the basement and the ground floor is not allowed.

The initial price is based on the assessment of the market value of the land made by the Public Income Secretariat and is RSD 94,459.20 per sqm, amounting to RSD 47,607,436.80 in total. The land will be sold to an investor that offers the highest price, which cannot be below the initial price and cannot be lowered later.
