New business building of A class in New Belgrade – GTC Square already received first tenants
Project GTC Square, the latest in the series of modern business buildings in Belgrade, by renowned regional investor GTC Globe Trade Centre, represents a modern business center that consists of two A-class business buildings. This project is situated at the corner of Milutina Milankovića Boulevard and Arts Boulevard and it dominates this New Belgrade's avenue. Ground floors are reserved for retail stores, while the upper storeys are intended for office space.
