Eight banks in bankruptcy up for sale

The Deposit Insurance Agency has advertised the sale of real estate of 8 banks in bankruptcy as the bankruptcy trustee.

The banks in question are Privredna Banka, PB Agrobanka, Investbanka, Jugobanka, Kosovska Banka, Nova Agrobanka, Borska Banka and Raj Banka, and the property offered includes commercial premises, agricultural land, apartments, office buildings...

The commercial building of Jugobanka in the Makedonska Street in Belgrade, with 2,875.37 m2, and a building in the Kondina Street are also up for sale at the initial price of around EUR 5.2 million (ideal co-owners 4/10 Jugobanka in bankruptcy and 6/10 Jubanka), as are vacation houses and the land of Kosovska Banka at the Montenegrin seaside.
