Manufacture of engines and air industry parts, as well as parts for the industry of specialized race cars, is being prepared in Petrovcic, Surcin Municipality

In the Western area of Petrovcic borough, Surcin Municipality, has just been offered 1 hectares of land for construction of specialized industrial objects for manufacture of elements, parts, connectors and engines for the air industry, as well as for the industry of specialized racing cars, which will include construction of a complex which will be used for testing of these solution products.

The City Municipality of Surcin is offering the land for a lease on 99 years period, and according to the the Area plan of the City Municipality of Surcin (made by the experts from CEP company Belgrade), this zone was categorized as the commercial-industrial zone.

The objects will be built in 3 years time.
