Nenad Nikolić announced rehabilitation of hotel "Central" in Zemun

Nenad Nikolić, the Manager of hotel "Central" in Zemun's downtown, announced reconstruction of this building, which is protected as a monument of culture.

When he came to this position one year ago, after privatization, and got the task to repay the debts and increase turnover, Nenad Nikolić, the Manager of "Central", did not believe in success.

– Our aim is to rehabilitate "Central" and to make it a three-star hotel. Air-conditioning systems, vent systems, remote heating, TV sets, Internet will be some of the new contents that should satisfy the needs of the guests. If everything goes as planned, every room will also have a gallery – Nikolić points out.

Nikolić is of the opinion that the renovation of the restaurant and halls that can receive more than 400 guests will be followed by the rehabilitation of the large summer open-air restaurant the hotel used to be famous for.
