New residential-office complex in Trosarina – Panorama Vozdovac to get first residents in September 2019

The new residential-office complex Panorama Vozdovac is to be raised in Trosarina. The preparation of the ground for the laying down of the foundation has started recently, and the people of Vozdovac will get a new residential place in September 2019.

The new facility will be built on the corner of the Vojvode Stepe Street and the Kruzni Put Vozdovacki Street, in the neighborhood of the Stepa Stepanovic settlement. The building will be raised in the location which, until recently, used to house various outlets, now demolished for the purpose of the construction of the new facility. The entire complex will spread on around 24,000 square meters and consist of four units with 187 apartments and six ground floor outlets.

– The construction of the complex will take place in three stages – the company Alpros says.

– The first stage entails the construction of an underground level beneath the entirety of the plot and of the first two units. The deadline for the completion of the first stage is September 2018, whereas the deadline for the entire complex is September 2019.
