109 pieces of Dipos real estate on sale – Prices up to EUR 3,100 per square meter

(Illustration) The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has put 109 pieces of real estate of Dipos, which leases state-owned real estate, up for sale.

Of the real estate being sold, business premises on the ground floor of the building at 54-56 Beogradska Street in Belgrade have the highest average price per square meter (EUR 3,129.36).

Closed bids can be submitted by January 10, 2017, and the Directorate will be providing information about the real estate until January 6.

All the real estate is purchased “as is” without the right of complaint after the fact.
