"GTC" - the best company in field of real estates in 2007

"Globe Trade Centre" (GTC) is the laureate of the award for the best company in field of real estate development in 2007 for the region of central and east Europe. Eli Alroy, the president of the Administrative board of company GTC, has been appointed the leading expert in this brand in the whole region of central and east Europe.

"CEE Real Estate Quality Awards" were granted on February 27, 2008, in Warsaw. The jury for quality awards included experts from all relevant sectors: financiers, development experts, agents and consultants.

The event took place in the presence of the representatives of the real estate companies from the territory of central and east Europe, as well as the guests from all over the world.

"CEE Real Estate Quality Awards" are granted to the best projects, as well as to the best companies and individuals in field of real estate investments and development in our region, which reached top quality in planning, managing and realizaton of projects in 2007. Valuation is carried out by the expert team on the basis of several criteria.
