Shoppi Retail Park in Borca will be opened in October, in line with the plan.
The new Shoppi Retail Park Borca will be the most modern family shopping location with a great offer in the areas of fashion, home design, machinery, appliance and services, it was announced on the future park's official Facebook page.
Shoppi Retail Park Borca takes up more than 13,000 m2, and the investment is estimated at more than EUR 15 million.
Shoppi Retail Park is another important investment in the portfolio of MPC Properties, in addition to Usce Shopping Center, Immo Outlet Center and numerous other retail and business facilities.
The leasing and facility management have been put in charge of Confluence Property Management.
