Retail park construction starts in Zrenjanin

In Zrenjanin, at the entrance of the city, from Novi Sad direction, construction of retail park of Israeli Aviv Arlon has started. It is expected to start working in September next year.

Aviv Arlon" is building on 100.000 m2 of land which it acquired in legal affairs with the owner, Hungarian Arkad, which was previously planned for the shopping mall construction and later gave up that idea.

According to some information, halls will occupy 32.000 m2 and many retail shops and other facilities will provide new vacancies for 450 Zrenjanin citizens.

Israeli company opened a few years ago a retail park in Pancevo, the first one in Serbia on 15.000 m2 of commercial space and where numerous retail shops offering products of famous known and domestic producers to customers.

Retail parks, instead of closed shopping malls, offer outdoor shopping, in greenery with a number of additional facilities for entire family, facilities are built in one level, without basement and floors and the unit is mostly in the form of cyrilic letter “p” which can be entered directly from the outdoor environment.
