Philip Harold Bay, Colliers International
Philip Harold Bay was born on 29/01/1958, Fresno. California, USA. He finished Aarhus Universitet, Aarhus, Denmark, International Relations/Political Science BA/MA, Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Science Sociales, Paris, France and Southeast Asian Regional Studies, MA.
Philip has grown Colliers International into the largest real estate company in Southeast Europe, and has revolutionized the manner in which real estate is conducted. In addition to being the Regional Director of South East Europe, he is also an elected member of the EMEA Board of Directors for Colliers International. Prior to real estate, Philip was a journalist, writer, author and publisher for fifteen years for European and U.S. papers. He is also educated as a chef from the private Jewish Club, Concordia-Argonaut in San Francisco.
In addition to his professional career, Philip is dedicated to community efforts throughout the region and in Southeast Asia. He is a founding member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, FYROM and Yugoslavia. His most recent project is the Colliers Kirinda Trust, a global trust established to rebuild cutting-edge, eco-friendly homes in a tsunami devastated village in Sri Lanka.
