Vucic: Stellantis to Commence Production of Electric Panda in June or July

Stellantis is to launch the production of Fiat Panda in the summer, the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said on the margins of the forum in Davos.

– Stellantis is to start producing the small Panda in June or July – said Vucic.

According to him, the accompanying infrastructure is needed, which means more electric chargers on the roads.

As he said earlier, the factory in Kragujevac could be the factory with the biggest exporting potential, which would considerably contribute to Serbia’s GDP in the second part of 2024.

As announced earlier, a ring road will also be built for the purpose, 22 kilometers long and designed for speeds up to 100 kilometers per hour.

This ring road will connect the fast routes Batocina-Kragujevac and Mrcajevci-Kragujevac, so the cargo traffic and heavy traffic will be moved out of the city.
