The new building will have a basement, a ground floor plus two floors, with a gross floor area of 8,817.44 m2. According to the project task and the purpose of the facility, an indoor amphitheater is planned. Access to the amphitheater is enabled from the ground floor and the first floor.
The basement is to feature a central heating substation and a crawlspace.
The ground floor is to feature the main and official entrances, with a hall and a lobby, proportioned so as to service all three faculties. Auxiliary features are also organized on the ground floor, such as: an info counter with bulleting boards, a room for the securing and monitoring of the facility. From the main entrance, it will be possible to clearly see the dominant vertical communications – the main staircase, the auxiliary (rescue) staircases, the elevator and the sanitary units. The students’ service rooms are planned within the entrance zone.
