Mellon Serbia expands business in Montenegro

Mellon Serbia, a member of Mellon Group of Companies and a key IT integrator and provider of outsourcing services with a Belgrade-based branch office, started important business in Montenegro.

As it was stated at today’s company announcement, this justifies the group strategy to improve business in key sectors region wide, providing full support to clients even in the countries where it has not been present yet.

Since 2013, Mellon Serbia has been exploring Montenegrin market to recognize business opportunities and strengthen the existing cooperation with regional clients. It resulted in strengthening business connections with strong companies such as Crnogorska komercijalna banka – member of OTP group, Hipotekarna banka, as well as newly-set up Lovcen banka.

GM at Mellon Serbia and the Executive Manager of Mellon Group of Companies, Stefanos Karapetsis, says he is very excited for the opportunity to expand business to the territory of Montenegro and thus increase coverage and offer diversity and at the quality and efficient development.

Mellon started business in Serbia in 2001, providing technologically advanced transaction solutions and services primarily to financial institutions and other organizations with strong consumer business. So far, Mellon has poured more than EUR 1 m in the country and has more than 100 employees.
