Fiat increases placement from Serbia for 9,8% - Who are the biggest domestic exporters?
In the first seven months 2014, Kragujevac-based Fiat Cars Serbia (FAS) exported cars totaling EUR 921, 6 mil and is the first-ranked at the list of 15 biggest Serbian exporters published by the Serbian Ministry of Finance.
As it stated at the ministry’s site, a seven-month export of the plant increased by 9,8% compared to the same period last year.
The Oil Industry of Serbia (NIS) with EUR 214,5 mil ranks the second and Pirot-based Tyers with EUR 139,9 mil is the third-ranked.
The list of biggest exporters comprises: Pancevo-based HIP Petrohemija with EUR 109,9 mil, Gorenje Srbija with EUR 106,3 mil, Smederevo-based Zelezara Smederevo with EUR 91,8 mil and Belgrade-based Tetrapak with EUR 90,7 mil.
Vrsac-based Hemofarm with EUR 84,1 mil, Raca-based Yura Corporation with EUR 71,3 mil EUR, Backa Palanka –based Tarkett with EUR 70 mil, Ball packaging with EUR 68 mil, Sremska Mitrovica-based Sirmium steel with EUR 62,3 mil follow.
According to the Customs directorate data, successful exporters are also Bor-based RTB Invest with EUR 61,7 mil, Sevjno-based Impol Seval with EUR 57,8 mil and Prokuplje-based Leoni with EUR 52,1 mil.
