World Canal Conference to be represented at forthcoming Nautical Fair

At the Belgrade Nautical Fair, which will be held from March 8 to 11, the World Canal Conference will be represented, of which organization will be carried out by Serbia.

At that meeting, the experts and businessmen from all over the world will talk about development and canal network and other water currents in the region. Also, the programs for restauration, broadening and use of existing canals and other water currents will be represented.

The visits to the Danube-Tisa-Danube canal, hydroelectric power plant on Đerdap, ship lock and dam on the Tisa, the Begej, etc., are in the pipeline

The Conference will be represented at the stand of company "CMT", which, in cooperation with the author of master plan "Propeller of the Danube" and thanks to the good presentation of Serbia and central Podunavlje region at the last conference in USA, managed to win the organization of the Conference in 2009 for Serbia.

At the presentation, the stand will be hosting "Vode Vojvodine", "Plovput", "Ehting", "Đerdap", Museum of Science and Technology SANU, Tourism Organization of Serbia and Inland Waterways International IWI.
