Company without revenue and workers among top five in Serbia when it comes to capital!
TS Imperial Clearing House from Belgrade ranks among top five companies in Serbia when it comes to capital, although it has no employees or revenues, Ruzica Stamenkovic, a registrar at the Business Registers Agency, said Tuesday.
She noted that she had no idea what's the core activity of this company whose capital totaled about RSD 184 billion, which secured it the fourth position on the BRA's list of top 100 companies by capital.
- It is a small business organization, and its initial capital is what has brought it to the fourth place on the list. This company shows no activity, it operates without employees, and has no registered business revenues - she stressed.
Stamenkovic added that the company was registered to render financial services, all but insurance services and those provided by investment funds.
- Given that it has no revenues, I don't what this company is doing – Stamenkovic said and pointed out that 2014 lists compiled by the Business Registers Agency were being under thorough examination by the Economy Ministry and the Finance Ministry. She also added that statements had also been sent to the prime minister.
By the way, Putevi Srbije has the largest capital totaling RSD 346 billilon. It is followed by the Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS) with a capital of RSD 273 billion and Serbian Railways with a capital of RSD 204 billion.
The fifth is the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) with a capital of RSD 176 billion.
According to the data available on the BRA website, the director of the TS Imperial Clearing House company that has a bigger capital than NIS is Slavoljub Stevic.
