German experts help small enterprises in Serbia
Small and medium-sized enterprises, local self-governments and business organizations in Serbia who need assistance in the improvement and expansion of their operations can hire the experts of Germany's Senior Expert Service (SES), SES SEE Coordinator Anna Vesely told Tanjug news agency.
She explained that SES was an organization subsidized by the German government, adding that its primary task was to mediate between experts and the enterprises planning on hiring them.
- SES has a directory of over 20,000 experts, mainly retired people who are no longer of working age, but are still capable of working and want to share their vast experience and help all industries through their engagement - said Vesely.
According to her, this organization is present in Serbia since 2004, and so far over 100 experts from SES have been hired by SME's in Serbia, in cooperation with the German Business Delegation through which first contacts are made with enterprises.
Vesely stressed that SES was not supporting newly founded companies, but only those operating for more than a year.
