Sabac-based Vescovini group plant starts trial production
Trial production of mechanical parts for car industry has started in the Sabac-based SBE Serbia, a part of the Italian system Vescovini.
The plant’s daily output totals 1, 5 million screws for Kragujevac-based Fiat.
This section of Vescovini currently employs 15 staff while 20 more is attending training process in Italy.
According to estimation of coowner of the group, Federico Vescovini, by the end of the year, the Sabac-based factory will employ 50 employees in three shifts.
The Italian investment in Sabac totals EUR five million, with an option of expanding capacities and additional investment of EUR 5 million, depending on Fiat production boost.
