International forwarding company cargo-partner opens new office in Busan, South Korea
Beside its already existing branch in Seoul, the international transport and logistics company cargo-partner opens in Busan a further office in South Korea.
After Seoul, Busan is the second largest city in South Korea and is one of the leading industrial cities in the country. Thanks to its port, it is the most important logistics center for international trade in South Korea. In 2011 about 270 million considerable tons were handled. Therefore, the main focus of cargo-partner and its staff will be on Sea Cargo.
Stefan Krauter, CEO of the cargo-partner group, notes:
- The Korean export economy has shown an astonishing strength over the last years. Therefore and because of the free trade agreement between the EU and South Korea since 1st of July 2011 we expect a very favorable and lasting upward trend of our shipments from the port of Busan to Europe.
