Mecaplast car parts factory opens in Zrenjanin - Jobs for about 120 workers

Serbian President Boris Tadic opened today a Mecaplast factory in Zrenjanin, in which over EUR 9 million have been invested so far, making it the largest French investment in Serbia in the last two years.

The company Mecaplast, headquartered in Monte Carlo, is engaged in the production of plastic parts for cars and currently employs over 5,500 workers in 15 countries worldwide.

This company will hire more than 120 people to work at two production halls in Zrenjanin, spanning 5,900 square meters.

A major portion of Mecaplast's production in Serbia will be delivered to Fiat's plant in Kragujevac.
