Sale of Lece Mine advertised – Starting price RSD 4.05 billion

The bankruptcy administrator is advertising the sale of Koncern Farmakom M.B. Šabac Mine “Lece” l.l.c. Šabac through public bidding at a price of close to RSD 4.05 billion.

The Lece Mine is to be sold out of bankruptcy, as a legal entity. The estimated value of the bankrupt debtor as a legal entity on February 29, 2024, is RSD 8.09 billion, and the starting price at the public bidding is 50% of the estimated value of the bankrupt debtor as a legal entity (RSD 4,046,968,887).

The deposit for participation in the sale procedure by public bidding is 20% of the appraised value (around RSD 1.6 billion), and the step in the public bidding procedure is RSD 500 million.

The main property of the Lece Mine, whose predominant activity is exploitation of ores of other ferrous, non-ferrous, precious and other metals, consists of construction facilities, lands in the CO, modern equipment for the production and processing of ore, other equipment and acquired rights.

However, all court proceedings in which the bankrupt debtor is a party are not subject to purchase and remain in the bankruptcy estate. In addition, the property for which a ban on sale was determined in those court proceedings is also not the subject of sale of the bankrupt debtor as a legal entity, as well as other property (receivables, cash and liabilities) of the bankrupt debtor.

The subject of the sale consists of the properties showcased in greater detail in the value appraisal carried out by the company Business Consulting Company BDO Business Advisory llc Belgrade, on February 29, 2024.

The decision on the sale was made on the basis of the Bankruptcy Decision on liquidation rendered by the Bankruptcy Judge of the Commercial Court for the city of Valjevo from 2017, as well as the decision of the Board of Creditors of the bankrupt debtor from November 5, 2024.

All legal and natural persons have the right to participate in the sale procedure as follows: after receiving the pro-invoice, the payment has to be made for the purchase of the sales documentation in the amount of RSD 1 million, including VAT (833,333 + VAT RSD 166,667).

The deadline for the purchase of sales documents is December 19, 2024, at the latest.

A pro-invoice for the purchase of sales documentation will be issued at the request of the interested party, and all interested parties can send a request for a pro-invoice to: [email protected].

Upon payment of the amount, the sales documentation itself, may be collected from the bankruptcy administrator Ljiljana Jovanović or the person in charge of general affairs Slavko Cvetković at the bankruptcy debtor`s premises in Lece, street Rudnički put no. bb. The public bidding shall take place on December 27, 2024, at 12:00 h at the Commercial Court in Valjevo.
