According to information from Italy, Fiat has once again postponed the beginning of the sale of the Grande Panda model, which was announced for the end of the year.

As things stand now, it is only in January 2025 that the first orders of the Grande Panda model are to start in the most important market, in Italy, whereas the delivery of the first cars would follow only in June 2025, nearly a year from its official promotion in Kragujevac.

According to unofficial information, the delay is caused by certain complications having to do with the electronic system, but it seems that the truth lies elsewhere.

The life of Grande Panda is additionally complicated by the spectacular start of the “sister” car Stellantis Citroen C3, which is already available for purchase.

At the same time, the price of Grande Panda for the market of Italy (or Serbia) is not yet known either, so it is expected that the hybrid version, with a 1.2-liter tricylindrical turbo mild hybrid of 101 horsepower will cost below EUR 19,000, and that the electric variety with 113 horsepower and a 44-kWh battery will cost around EUR 25,000 (without the subsidies).
