Belgrade Airport: Record number of passengers in third quarter of this year as well

The Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport welcomed over 6.4 million passengers in the first nine months of this year, which is 8% more than last year and 35% more than in the same period of 2019, the airport announced.

In that period, over 65,500 flights were recorded, that is, 5.5% more than last year and 21% more than in the same period in 2019, announced Vinci Airports, the parent group of the company Belgrade Airport, which manages the Nikola Tesla Airport. During the summer season alone, in the third quarter of 2024, the Belgrade Airport served over 2.7 million passengers, which is 1.5% more than last year and 27% more than in the same period in 2019, and there were around 26,000 flights, that is, 0.4% more than last year and 16% more than in the same period in 2019.

In the third quarter of this year, more than 90 million passengers traveled within the Vinci airports network, which is 6.4% more than in the same period last year.
