The Snaga Istoka Wind Farm in the territory of the City of Bor is one step closer to construction, and the public inspection of the Detailed Regulation Plan for the area of this wind farm, which had been announced by the City Administration of Bor, had recently been completed. According to the plan, a total installed power of 300 MW is planned for this wind farm.

The investor is the company Snaga Istoka doo, with the address in the settlement of Djurdjevac near Blace, whose majority owner is the Bosnia and Herzegovina-based company Lager doo Posusje. Lager from Posusje, according to the media in B&H, placed third in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2022 when it came to net profit.

The total area encompassed by the plan amounts to 2,719.52 ha and includes parts of the cadaster municipalities of Gornjane, Tanda, Luka, Krivelj, Topla, Bucje and Donja Bela Reka. This is mostly forest land and, to a lesser extent, agricultural land.

The installation of 46 generators is planned, and the total power of the wind farm will be up to 300 MW.
