Tender for EXPO Village as well – Looking for company for preparation of all-encompassing master plan for 810,000 m2 in Surcin

The company Expo 2027 doo has opened the tender for the preparation of an all-encompassing EXPO master plan and integration into a spatial whole for the needs of the specialized exhibition and the hiring of the main architect for a period of three years, and the value of the procurement has not been cited.

The space encompassed by the master plan, as said, includes the EXPO complex of 810,000 m2, within which is the EXPO Site of 330,000 m2, which also contains the area of the pavilions of the participants of around 100,000 m2.

The EXPO complex is a set of mutually linked spatial units and facilities in the primary function of the realization of the specialized exhibition EXPO 2027 on a total area of 81 hectares. The complex consists of the EXPO Site on which the specialized exhibition is to be realized, the EXPO Village in which the accommodation capacities are located, the EXPO Service and the EXPO Parking as the accompanying spatial units.

The EXPO Site is a spatial unit with the exclusive purpose of the realization of the specialized exhibition EXPO 2027 on a total area of 33 hectares which contains spaced for the development of the themes of the exhibition in the form of thematic pavilions, exhibition spaces, spaces for events, commercial spaces, as well as the accompanying infrastructure and features.
