New industrial zone on nearly 190 hectares planned in Zrenjanin

The study for the preparation of the detailed regulation plan of the industrial zone Southeast II-E in Zrenjanin, which should take up 189.07 ha, is available for public inspection.

The construction of the following is allowed: buildings meant for industrial production facilities, buildings and/or facilities for the production of electrical energy and/or heating energy through the use of renewable energy sources (RES), buildings for small enterprises, commerce, hospitality, showrooms, shopping centers, craft workshops, business features, services, storage and warehouse spaces and side features, buildings for the storage of secondary raw materials and buildings for the treatment of secondary raw materials made of solid non-hazardous waste, gas stations for road vehicles, an auto-base complex with a customs terminal, utility structures, antenna poles etc.

The early public inspection lasts until June 29.
