Big reconstruction of Pinki hall in Zemun planned – Tender for planners published

The City of Belgrade has published the tender for the preparation of the technical documentation for the extension and reconstruction of the facility of the Sports Center Pinki in Zemun. The value of the job has been estimated at RSD 68 million.

In planning the facility, the possibility of meeting the standards for the organization of various official international sports tournaments (basketball, volleyball, handball, water polo…) should be considered, in consultation with the Secretariat for Sports.

Multifunctional spaces which would enable a smooth simultaneous carrying out of various activities should be designed.

The cultural-sports center Pinki was built in 1974. It has a basement, two ground floors and 3 upper floors and a gross area of around 19,290 m2.

The facility contains three functional units – the first unit is the central sports hall. The second unit consists of smaller halls, connections, office spaces, and the third unit consists of an indoor pool.
