Belgrade Fair to be consultant for EXPO 2027

The company “Privredno društvo za priređivanje sajmova i izložbi Beogradski sajam” (Belgrade Fair) will be in charge of the consulting services for the organization and realization of the specialized exhibition EXPO 2027, in the next three years.

As can be seen from the decision on the awarding of the contract, RSD 59.4 million without the VAT, that is, RSD 71.2 million with the VAT, will be set aside for this job.

The concrete task of the Belgrade Fair, as reminded by Nova Ekonomija, and reported by Beta, are advisory-consulting services in management, commercial sector, marketing, operations, logistics and transport, maintenance, international cooperation and one-stop-shop. The Belgrade Fair should provide these services on a monthly level from the signing of the agreement.

Among the criteria for the selection of the business entity for advisory-consulting services was that it was a member of or had cooperated with international organizations in the field of organizing fairs or exhibits and that, in the preceding three years, the entity had organized or participated in the organization of at least three international fairs or exhibits, with at least 30 international exhibitors at each.
