Serbia and Kenya strengthening business cooperation – Connecting of economies and employment of workers

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS) and the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) will sign the Memorandum on cooperation to the end of a stronger connecting of the two economies in the sectors of medicine and pharmacy, agriculture, construction, tourism, ICT and metalworking industry, as well as in the sphere of hiring workforce capacities from Kenya in the territory of the Open Balkans, as agreed at the meeting between Marko Cadez, the president of the CCIS, and Erick Rutto, the president of the KNCCI.

At the meeting with his Kenyan colleague, Cadez pointed out that there was considerable potential for improving the business cooperation of the two countries, especially in the sectors of ICT, health and pharmacology, agricultural production and mechanization, it is said on the website of the CCIS.


– Serbia and Kenya can be good partners in the field of ICT, because, in this sector, Serbia is recording great success. Also, there is considerable unused potential in the sphere of agriculture, construction, tourism and other fields. That is why the two chambers of commerce will sign the Memorandum of Cooperation in the upcoming period, in order to strengthen the business connections of the two countries – announced Cadez.
