The Valjevo-based company Krusik will provide the ammunition for the modern drone weapon “Komarac” of the Serbian Armed Forces. Teams of engineers of the renowned factory of the Serbian defense industry from the city on the river Kolubara are quickly mastering the production of the warheads and detonators.

– We can expect a great demand and interest in the “Komarac” drone abroad and the signing of numerous supply contracts in the world market. The conclusion from the current events in the world is that the combat tactic is changing significantly, that more modern armaments and military equipment, which ensure high efficiency, are increasingly used. We have an obligation to keep up with the new trends, because that is the only way for us to secure long-term sustainable operations – said the acting director of Holding korporacija Krusik, Jovanka Andric.

Krusik will produce mines for the “Komarac” drone with a caliber of 60 to 120 millimeters. Along with that, the factory produces mines for mortars with a caliber of 60 to 120 millimeters, guided and ground-to-air and ground-to-ground unguided missiles, artillery shells of 155 millimeters, aerial bombs, hand grenades, anti-tank mines and ammunition with a caliber of 40 millimeters.
