NIS Looking for Company for River Transport of Eurodiesel and Petrol from Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Austria to Serbia

NIS has published the tender for the procurement of the service of the transport of Eurodiesel and petrol by international waterways. The estimate is that 60,000 tons of Eurodiesel and 14,000 tons of petrol will need to be transported.

The task pertains to the transport of Eurodiesel and petrol from Constanta (Romania), Ruse (Bulgaria), Szazhalombatta (Hungary), and Loebau (Austria) to Novi Sad, Smederevo, or Prahovo.

The potential quantity for transport is 15,000 to 20,000 tons of Eurodiesel a month in February, March and April (the total potential estimated quantity is 60,000 tons), as well as 7,000 tons of petrol in March and April (the total potential estimated quantity is 14,000 tons).

The transporter can be any provider of the service which has vessels that meet all the technical requirements and all the conditions proscribed by the valid laws of the Republic of Serbia which pertain to water traffic and which meets the conditions of the valid European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN), and it may also hire vessels from other transporters if they meet those conditions.
