One of World’s Biggest Real Estate Agencies to Arrive to Kragujevac

The American Keller Williams, one of the biggest and most popular real estate agencies in the world, will soon open a market center in Kragujevac, their third in Serbia, after Belgrade and Nis, as announced on the website of the City of Kragujevac.

On that occasion, the company’s representatives held a presentation and an open workshop at the Town Hall last week.

– Kragujevac is a big market, we are leaders when it comes to the number of issued building permits in Serbia, so construction is flourishing here. That is why it is very important for the whole thing regarding the real estate transactions to be arranged using a good model, which then benefits private agencies as well, because, by using the technologies, that is, the tools of Keller Williams, they will increase – said Danka Andonovski, a member of the Commission for Economy, Development, Investments and Urban Planning of the Temporary Organ of the City of Kragujevac.

– We opened our first office, that is, a market center, within the regional Keller Williams in Belgrade, and then in Nis, and the third market center will be in Kragujevac and it will be called “KW – Sumadija” – said Dusanka Kovacevic Cvetkovic, the regional training manager at Keller Williams.
