The Public Procurement Office had adopted the Guide on the amendments to the Guide for the use of the Public Procurement Portal, which came into effect on November 4, 2023.
As of November 4, 2023, all the business entities which are registered at the Public Procurement Portal for the first time are obligated to act in the way proscribed by the provisions of the Law and the bylaw regarding the registration at the Portal.
The business entities which are already registered at the Portal are obligated to renew their applications in the period between November 4, 2023, and January 31, 2024, by entering the data and the proof proscribed by the Law and the Guide.
Based on Article 183, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Law, in registering business entities at the Public Procurement Portal, the basic data is entered, including the data on the users of the Public Procurement Portal, namely: the name, surname, unique personal identification number or personal identification number (for foreign business entities), and the documents that need to be uploaded are a scanned, processed or photographed identification document (ID card or passport), necessary for verifying the user account, and as per need, a certification or an authorization of the user for using the Public Procurement Portal on behalf of the business entity that is being registered.
